Remove the armrest at the door trim panel
Preliminary works
- Remove the mirror triangle COVER .
- Remove the door handle COVER .
- Remove front door TRIM PANEL .
NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
- Drill out and/or grind down the spot-welds (1).
- Loosen screw (1).
- Drill out or grind down all marked spot-welds.
- Remove the armrest.
