Replace the support for the front bumper panel
NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
- Loosen expanding rivet (1).
- Detach the bumper panel (2) from the guide (3).
- Fit the bumper panel (2) to the new support.
- Loosen the expanding rivet (1).
- Remove the air duct (2).
- Fit the air duct (2) to the new support.
- Remove the adjusting element (1).
- Unscrew the screw (2) and remove the holder (3).
- Fit the adjusting element (1) and the holder (3) to the new support.
- Tighten down screw (2).

- Loosen screws (1).
- Tighten the screws (1) on the new support.

| M6x20 screw | Tightening torque | 11.8 Nm |
- Drill out rivet (1).
- Loosen screws (2).
- Remove support (3).
- Fit new support (3).
- Tighten down screws (2).
- Set the rivet (1).
