INFORMATION
TSARA Vision is an advanced technology that enables technicians to collaborate in real-time with technical support teams and product engineers. Through TSARA Vision, technicians can:
- Demonstrate diagnostic and repair situations in real-time using audio and video
- This allows the support team to see and hear exactly what the technician is experiencing, enabling faster and more accurate troubleshooting.
Some potential scenarios for TSARA Vision usage are:
- High voltage measurements
- High voltage repairs
- First time repairs
- Noise diagnosis
- Leak diagnosis
- Specific video recordings/photos
- Various kinds of live measurements
The key benefits of TSARA Vision include:

TSARA VISION NEW SYSTEM PROVIDER AND PROGRAM CHANGES
We are pleased to announce that BMW recently transitioned to a new vendor to handle our TSARA Vision program. Starting on July 1, 2004 BMW centers who leased the RealWear Nav500 equipment will have to return this equipment and all TSARA Vision calls will now be conducted through a mobile phone.
Equipment return instructions will be send out on a separate communication.
NEW as of July 1, 2024: BMW centers will not be required to pay any licensing or equipment fees for TSARA Vision. BMW will cover all the licensing costs.
TSARA VISION SCHEDULER
The TSARA Vision scheduler is a web-based scheduling platform that is integrated with the Technical Support team. It gives the technician the opportunity to book an appointment at their own schedule. This gives the Technician to streamline or plan out their day and prepare for a TSARA Vision call.

TSARA VISION-TEST CALLS
This test call demo gives new Technicians the chance to explore the platform firsthand and ask any clarifying questions they may have. The goal is to help users quickly get familiar and comfortable with leveraging all that TSARA Vision has to offer.
By providing this easy onboarding experience, the TSARA Vision scheduler aims to remove barriers to adoption and empower users to effectively utilize the technical support resources and services. The interactive walkthrough is a strategic way to introduce the platform's full functionality and value.
