SITUATION
Beginning on Tuesday February 18, 2020, the new BMW Vehicle Contract System (VCS) 2.0 will Go-Live in a phased-rollout!
The new Vehicle Contract System replaces the current DCSnet legacy enrollment process.
INFORMATION
The new Vehicle Contract System will enable you to process Extended Service Contract (ESC) and Maintenance Program Upgrade (MPU) enrollments much quicker and more efficiently.
Some added features include:
- Bundling enrollments (shopping cart feature)
- Single contract PDF printing for multiple program enrollments (ESC and MP)
- Brand new quoting feature
- Option to store signed contracts within the system
- Simplified approval process, no more manual enrollment forms (ESC and MP)
VCS 2.0 Training and Support
The design of VCS 2.0 is intuitive; therefore, training should be minimal. To better prepare yourself with the functionality of the new system, we are providing a User Guide (attached) and training videos.
It is extremely important for everyone who will utilize the new system to review all the training materials prior to logging in the first time.
Please use the below link to access the VCS training videos:

PROCEDURE
Please follow the below path to access the new VCS link:
Your first log-in into the new VCS link may take a little longer than usual to load, this will only occur during your first login.
During the phased roll-out of the new VCS, there will initially be an overnight processing delay for all contracts that are enrolled into the new VCS, these contracts will not show in the DCSnet Warranty Vehicle Inquiry until the following day.
Once all centers go-live with the new VCS, the DCSnet Warranty Vehicle Inquiry update process will then become real-time again.
All new contracts that are enrolled in VCS 2.0 can be printed and re-printed in VCS 2.0.
All contracts that were previously enrolled in the legacy system can only be reprinted through the legacy system. The current path to the legacy system will remain unchanged in DCSnet for now.
