Install rear wheel speed sensor

• Clean bore for wheel RPM sensor and grease using lubricating grease (see applicable BMW Parts Catalog).
  CONSUMABLE - LUBRICATING GREASE DESCRIPTION
  
  

  Lubricating grease	100 g,	83 23 9 407
  Staburags NBU 12K	Tube	810

• Install rear wheel speed sensor.
• Position and tighten the screw (2).

  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Rear wheel speed sensor on wheel carrier
  Replace screw.	Tightening torque	12 Nm

• Connect the cable of the wheel RPM sensor in the holders (1).
• Connect the cable of the wheel RPM sensor in the holders (1).
• Connect the plug connection (2).

• Mount the wheel arch cover (2).
• Replace the plastic nuts (1).

Follow-up work 

• Install the rear left WHEEL .
