Mark new luggage compartment floor in accordance with severance cut on vehicle + 20 mm extra material and cut.
Slightly bend the flange surfaces (1) towards the inside.

Adjust new part in conjunction with tail panel and secure.

In this area (1), drill ten holes with ø 4.2 mm for the blind rivets.

In this area (1), drill four holes with a diameter of 4.2 mm for the blind rivets.
Remove new part and deburr holes.

Replace coarse thread studs and threaded welding studs, steel surface

NOTE: Schematic diagram is for example purposes. Some parts may differ in certain details.
Refer to the number and position of the component to be replaced or the attachments.
Replace coarse thread bolt (1) and threaded welding bolt (2).
Parts: Coarse Thread Bolt (1), Threaded Weld Bolt (2)
Weld the coarse threaded bolt (1) and threaded welding bolt (2) onto the new part.
