Structural adhesive bonding.
Observe preparation of bonding surfaces.

- Set areas (1) and (2), drill bores with Ø 6.8 mm for blind rivets.

For additional information see: 41 00... Spot-weld bonding steel components - Prepare new part in areas (3) to (5) for joining by welding. In the areas (3) and (4), follow the procedure for replacing factory spot-weld adhesive joints.
- Prepare the new part in areas (1) and (2) for joining by welding. In area (2), observe the procedure for the replacement of spot-welded adhesive joints for the standard production.
- Remove new part and deburr holes.
Renew T-bolt
NOTE: Schematic diagram is for example purposes. Some parts may differ in certain details. - Take the quantity and position from the component to be renewed.
- Renew T-bolts (1).
Parts: T-bolt
- Weld the T-bolt (1) onto the new part.
