Positioning the special tool on the rear axle support
- Position special tool 0 495 821 (31 5 255)
correctly on the front mounting point (1) for special tool 0 495 821 (31 5 255)
.
- Position special tool 0 495 819 (31 5 253)
correctly on the rear mounting point (1) for special tool 0 495 821 (31 5 255)
.
- Align special tools 0 495 821 (31 5 255)
and 0 495 819 (31 5 253)
to rear axle support.
The center of gravity of the rear axle must be centered over the universal jack!
- Support rear axle support with the universal jack and the special tool 0 495 817 (31 5 251) .
- Secure the rear axle support on the special tool 0 495 817 (31 5 251)
with the tensioning strap (1).
