Detaching rear axle

NOTE: Perform the steps on the right and left side.

Remove thrust arm

NOTE: RISK OF DAMAGE
Damage to components on the rear axle.
Removing both thrust arms simultaneously may lead to serious damage to the rear axle.

Only remove or replace thrust arms individually.
When lowering or removing the rear axle: Support the rear axle support before both thrust arms are removed.

Loosen screw (2).
Remove thrust arm (3).
Loosen screw (2).
Remove thrust washer (1).
