Install the knock sensors on the right

Prerequisite

Ignition is switched off.

The vehicle battery is disconnected.

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
When installing the knock sensors, the tightening torque must be observed.
Non-compliance with the tightening torque can lead to malfunction.

Clean the contact surfaces of the knock sensors at the cylinder head.
Position the knock sensors and secure them with bolts (3).
Tighten down screws (3).

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Knock sensor to crankcase
M8x30	tightening torque	21.4 Nm

Connect connectors (2) and lock.
The connectors (2) must engage audibly.
Mount the clamp (1) on the intake plenum.
