Removing the tailgate lock

Preliminary works 

• Remove the luggage compartment floor trim PANEL .
• Remove the loading EDGE TRIM .

• Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.
• Loosen screws (2).
• Version with Soft Close Automatic: 

  Detach the Bowden cable (3).

  Unlock plug connection (4) and disconnect.

• Version with emergency release: 

  Detach the Bowden cable (5).
