Install the wiring harness section for the ignition and injectors
NOTE:

Improper routing of cables and wiring harnesses.
Trapped, crushed or damaged cables may cause short circuits and malfunctions.

Trapped, crushed or damaged cables may cause short circuits and malfunctions.
- Route all cables without abrasions, do not trap and crush.
- Guide in and Install the wiring harness section for the ignition and injectors (4).
- Secure clamps (1).
- Connect and lock the holder (2).
- Connect and lock the holder (3).
The holder (3) and clamps (1) must be heard to engage.
- Connect the connector (1) to the injectors.
The connector must engage audibly.
- Engage the lock (1) the direction of the arrow.
- Thread in cable duct (3) and install.
- Thread in ground cable (2) and install.
- Tighten nuts (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Ground cable to rail M6 Tightening torque 5 Nm - Connect and lock the connectors (arrows).
The connectors must engage audibly.
Mounting the service opening in the sound insulation on top of the engine
- Turn sound insulation (2) beyond the pivot point (1) into the installation position and guide in to the marked areas (arrows).
- Connect and lock all connectors (1) in the direction of the arrow.
All connectors must audibly engage.
- Slide the cover (1) in the direction of the arrow into the guide (2) and install it.
- Lock clamp (3).
The clamp must engage audibly.
