Removing the low power distribution box

Preliminary works 

• Deactivate the 48 v ELECTRICAL SYSTEM .
• Disconnect all battery EARTH LEADS .
• Remove the loading EDGE TRIM .
• Remove right backrest SIDE SECTION .
• Remove rear seat and rear SEAT BACKREST (not in case of SA465 through-loading system)
• Remove right luggage compartment wheel arch TRIM PANEL .

• Unclip the cover (1) at the latch mechanisms.

• Unfasten nut (1).
• Remove positive battery cable and secure at side.
• Loosen screws (2).
• Remove positive battery cables and secure at side.
• Unlock and disconnect all connectors (3).

• Unclip the cover (1) at the latch mechanisms.

• Loosen all the nuts (1).

• Loosen plastic nuts (1).
• Remove the power distribution box (2).

• Unclip cable with holder (1).
• Open lock (2) towards the top.
• Pull off connectors (3).
