Remounting the 48-volt battery

Removing the battery tray from the 48V battery 

• Unlock and release coolant line (1).
• Loosen screws (2).
• Feed out the 48-V battery (3) from the battery tray (4).

Installing the battery tray on the 48-V battery 

• Feed in the 48-V battery (3) in the battery tray (4).
• Check seals of the coolant lines for damage and replace if necessary.
• Connect and lock the coolant lines (1).

The coolant lines (1) must engage audibly.

• Tighten the screws (2).
