Installing the 48 V battery
- Insert the 48 V battery (1) with the battery tray.
- Tighten down screw (1).
TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

- Install the cover (2).
The detents (1) must engage audibly.
- Tighten the screws.

- Install cover caps (1) by turning.
- Check the seals of the coolant flange for damage, replace if necessary.
- Position the coolant connection.
- Tighten down screw (3).

- Remove disconnection tool (2) from the coolant lines (1).

Incorrect screw connection of the battery cable.

- Ensure that the battery cable is screwed together with the correct nut.
- Position battery positive cable (2) on the 48 V battery (3).
- Tighten nut on positive battery cable (2).

- Mount positive terminal cover (1)
Follow-up work
- Install the right shock tower TENSION STRUT .
- Install windshield panel COVER .
- Install left and right WIPER ARM .
- Install the rear right engine compartment COVER .
- Install the rear left engine compartment COVER .
- Reconnect all battery GROUND LEADS .
- Fill and vent the low-temperature COOLANT CIRCUIT .
- Install acoustic COVER .
- Take hood out of the SERVICE POSITION .
- Activate the 48 v ELECTRICAL SYSTEM .
- REGISTER battery change.
