Install high-voltage connection

• Check contact surfaces of high-voltage connection for contamination and clean if required.
• Press in the high-voltage connection (1) in the direction of the arrow.

• Tighten the screws (1).

  M5x10	Tightening torque	4.5 Nm

• Tighten down screw (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  High-voltage connector on lower housing section (shielding)
  M4x10	Tightening torque	2.4 Nm

• Connect the connector (2) of the high-voltage interlock.

Follow-up work 

• Install high-voltage CONNECT LINE .
• Install the SAFETY BOX  including holder.
• Install the high-voltage battery unit LID .
• Perform EOS TEST
