Install the radiator connection flange

NOTE: RISK OF DAMAGE
Damage to the seal.
A damaged or incorrectly installed seal may lead to leaks at the high-voltage battery unit.

Make sure the seal is positioned correctly and check it for damage before installing it.

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Seals must be replaced every time.
If the seal does not fit onto the radiator connecting flange, replace the radiator connecting flange.

Install the radiator connection flange (1).

Tighten the screws (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Radiator connection
M6x35	Tightening torque	8 Nm

Follow-up work

Install the high-voltage battery unit LID .
Perform EOS TEST
