Install the operating unit for the additional seat function

When replacing the operating unit for the additional seat function: Remount the trim 

• Release all the latch mechanisms on the operating unit (1).
• Remove the trim of the operating unit (1).

• Clip the trim (1) on to the operating unit (2).

• Check that the latch mechanism of the operating unit (1) is fitted correctly on both sides.

• Press the operating facility and trim (1) into the door trim panel (2).

• Check the clamps (arrows) of the operating facility (2)  for correct fit.
• Check the latch mechanism (1) is fitted correctly.

Follow-up Work 

• Install front door TRIM PANEL .
• Install the mirror triangle COVER .
• Attach the door handle COVER .
