Removing the radio operating unit and the air conditioning control panel (decorative strip installed)

- Handle tools and components carefully.
- Attach the plastic adhesive tape (1) between the decorative strip (2) and the instrument panel (3).EXPENDABLE MATERIALS - ADHESIVE TAPE DESCRIPTION
Yellow plastic adhesive tape 83199410979 - Lever out the radio operating unit and the air conditioning control panel (1) at the ball pin (2) using the special tool 2 298 505.
- Feed the radio operating unit and the air conditioning control panel (1) out slightly.
- Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.
- Detach the cable (2) from the radio operating unit and the air conditioning control panel (3).
