Installing the intake plenum

• Replace gaskets (1).

  NOTE: Additional coolant can leakage. Make sure that no coolant enters the intake port of the cylinder head.
• Position the intake plenum.
• Tighten screws in the order (1) to (7).

Tightening torques

• Tighten down screws (8).

Tightening torques

• Lock the closure (2) and connect the coolant return line.
• Lock the closure (1) and connect the coolant feed line.
• Clip the wiring harness into the clamp (3).

• Clip in wiring harness in marked areas.
• Connect the connector (1) to the boost pressure sensor.

  NOTE: Make sure that the connections are locked correctly. The locks must engage audibly.
• Lock closure (2) and connect to the coolant pipe.
• Attach the tank vent line (1) in the signaled area.

• Clip in cable (6) in marked areas.
• Position the engine wiring harness and tighten with the screws (5).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Wiring harness to intake plenum
  	Tightening torque	5 Nm

• Position tank vent line (4).
• Tighten the screw (3) and clip in the tank vent line (4) in the marked area.

  Tank vent line to intake plenum
  TS5 x 16	Tightening torque	5 Nm

• Connect the engine ventilation line (2) to the intake plenum.
• Clip in the tank vent line (1) in the marked area.
