When replacing the right exhaust turbocharger: Remount components
- Unscrew the banjo bolt (1).
- Loosen screw (2).
- Remove the coolant pipe.
- Unscrew the banjo bolt (1).
- Loosen screw (2).
- Remove the coolant pipe (3).
- Replace the banjo bolt.
Parts: Hollow bolt
- Replace seals (1).
Parts: Seals
- Replace the right exhaust turbocharger.
Parts: Right exhaust turbocharger
- Position the coolant pipe (3).
- Position the banjo bolt (1) and screw in several threads.
- Hand-tighten the bolt (2).
- Tighten the banjo bolt (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Banjo bolt for coolant pipe to exhaust turbocharger Hollow bolt
Replace the banjo bolt.Joining torque 8 Nm Angle of rotation 60° - Tighten down screw (2).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Coolant line to exhaust turbocharger M6x16 tightening torque 10 Nm - Replace the banjo bolt.

- Replace seals (1).

- Position the coolant pipe.
- Position the banjo bolt (1) and screw in several threads.
- Hand-tighten the bolt (2).
- Tighten the banjo bolt (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Replace the banjo bolt.Joining torque 8 Nm Angle of rotation 60° - Tighten down screw (2).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
