Removing the ultrasonic sensor for the rear Parking Maneuvering Assistant (PMA)

WARNING: Hot surfaces.
Risk of burning!

Perform all work only on components that have cooled down.

Preliminary works

Remove the luggage compartment floor TRIM PANEL .
Remove the loading EDGE TRIM .
Partially remove the right luggage compartment wheel arch TRIM PANEL .
Partially remove the left luggage compartment wheel arch TRIM PANEL .
Remove both the side panel REAR LIGHTS .
Remove rear BUMPER TRIM .

Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.
Unlock the latch mechanisms (2) and release the ultrasonic sensor (3) from the holder.
