Remove low-temperature coolant radiator
Prerequisite
- Ignition is switched off.

- Conduct all work in the vehicle wearing appropriate personal protective equipment only.

Residual pressure in the heating and air conditioning system.

- Wear safety goggles and protective gloves when disconnecting the refrigerant line.
- Close the refrigerant lines with seal plugs.

- Observe and uphold safety instructions on the containers and the notices on the safety data sheets of the manufacturers.

NOTE:
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Collect and dispose of emerging fluids. Observe country-specific waste disposal regulations.

- Unlock and disconnect the coolant line (1).
- Unlock and disconnect the coolant hose (1).
The coolant hose is accessible though the radiator grille.
- Carefully press the radiator (1) backwards together with the air conditioning condenser (2). Pull the radiator for low-temperature coolant circuit (3) out upwards and remove it.
