Installing the transmission oil cooler
- Feed in and install the transmission oil cooler (1).
- Tighten screw (2) by hand.
- Tighten screw (1) by hand.
- Tighten screw (2) by hand.
- Tighten down screw (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Transmission oil cooler to crankcase M6 Tightening torque 8 Nm - Tighten the screws (3).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Transmission oil cooler to crankcase M6 Tightening torque 8 Nm - Tighten the screws (2).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Transmission oil cooler to crankcase M6 Tightening torque 8 Nm - Secure clamps (1).
- Connect the transmission oil lines (2).
- Press the locking mechanism (1) in the arrow direction and lock the transmission oil lines (2).
- Connect and lock the coolant line (2).
Coolant line (2) must engage audibly.
- Connect and lock the coolant line (1).
Coolant line (1) must engage audibly.

- Refer to VENT THE HIGH-TEMPERATURE COOLANT SYSTEM .
- Refer to CHECK THE HIGH-TEMPERATURE COOLING SYSTEM FOR WATERTIGHTNESS .
- Refer to CHECKING/TOPPING UP THE OIL LEVEL IN THE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION .
- Refer to INSTALL REAR UNDERBODY PROTECTION .
- Refer to INSTALL THE UNDERBODY PLANKING OF THE TRANSMISSION ON THE SIDE .
