For replacement: Prepare the coolant pump

Loosen screws (1).
Remove the thermostat.

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The sealing surfaces must be free of oil, grease and cleaning agents.
Clean sealing surface (1).
Remove the seal (3) from the thermostat (2).
Replace gasket (3).
Parts : Gasket

Position thermostat housing.

Tighten down screws (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Thermostat housing on the coolant pump
M6x25 screw	tightening torque	8 Nm
