Installing the electric coolant pump for the charge air cooler and the air conditioning condenser

• Position the electric coolant pump (2).
• Connect connectors (1) and lock.

  The connector (1) must engage audibly.

• Insert and install the retainer (2).
• Make sure the retainer (2) is positioned correctly. 
  NOTE: RISK OF DAMAGE 
  Improper screw length can cause component damage. 
  The use of screws of improper length can lead to component damage. 

  • Note the correct screw length.
  • Install screws that correspond to the original length.

• Tighten the screws (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Electric coolant pump on component earner
  M6 Replace screws.	tightening torque	8 Nm

• Connect and lock coolant line (2) and (3).
• Make sure that you can hear coolant lines (2) and (3) engage.
• Secure the clamp (1).
• Secure the coolant line (3) to the holder (4).
