Removing the battery pack of BMW display key
NOTE:
RISK OF DAMAGE Careless handling of tools and sharp-edged components. Scratch, surface damage.
- Protect working area.
- Handle tools and components carefully.
- Open the lower housing trim (1) of the BMW display key at the marked points with special tool 0 493 687 (00 9 340)
.
- Carefully lift the lower housing trim (1) at a flat angle.
- Disconnect the lower housing trim (1) from BMW display key (2) in the direction of arrow.
- Lift the battery pack (1) carefully with the special tool 0 493 687 (00 9 340)
.
- Remove the battery pack (1) from BMW display key (2) in the direction of arrow.
