Installing fuel delivery line
NOTE:

Improper routing of cables and wiring harnesses.
Trapped, crushed or damaged cables may cause short circuits and malfunctions.

Trapped, crushed or damaged cables may cause short circuits and malfunctions.
- Route all cables without abrasions, do not trap and crush.
- Guide the fuel delivery line (3) in and install.
- Install rubber damper (2).
- Check the rubber damper (2) for the correct fit.
- Tighten the union nut (1) hand-tight.
- Tighten union nut (1).
TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

- Slide in and lock the fuel supply line in the direction of the arrow in the snap fastener (2).
The fuel supply line must be audibly engage in the snap fastener (2).
- Secure the clamp (1).
- Tighten down screw (3).
TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

- Insert and install the tank vent line (2).
- Lock (1) must engage audibly.
- Secure the tank vent line (2) to the clamp (3).
- Feed in and install the wiring harness section (2) for the injectors and ignition coils.
- Secure the clamp (1).
- Feed in and install the wiring harness section (1) for the injectors and ignition coils.
- The locking mechanisms (arrows) must engage audibly.
