Installing the clean air pipe of cylinder bank 2

• Check sealing ring (1) for damage, replace if necessary.

• Before installing the clean air pipe (2), move the retaining clip into the locked position (1).

• Position the clean air tube (1).
• Press the clean air pipe (1) toward the exhaust turbocharger until the retaining clip audibly locks.

• Clip in the wiring harness mounting (2) on the fastening clamps (1).

• Connect connectors (1) and lock.

• Make sure that the connector of the high-pressure pump (1) is not  confused with the connector of the intake air temperature sensor.
• If not yet available: Attach colored marks (3) to the plug connections of the high pressure pump.

  If necessary, identify the connectors using the wiring diagram and the cable colors in the area (2).

• Make sure that the connector of the intake air temperature sensor (1) is not confused with the connector of the high pressure pump.
• If necessary, identify the connectors using the wiring diagram and the cable colors in the area (2).

• Position the tank ventilation line (1).
• Press the tank vent line (1) toward the clean air pipe until the retaining clip audibly locks.
