Install chain tensioner
NOTE:
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Collect and dispose of emerging fluids. Observe country-specific waste disposal regulations.

- Drain the oil chamber in the chain tensioner when reusing the chain tensioner.
- Place the chain tensioner on a level support, slowly compress in direction of arrow and relieve it.
- Catch and dispose of emerging motor oil.
- Repeat process 2 times.
- Replace the sealing sleeve (1).

- Guide in and install the sealing sleeve (1) on the chain tensioner (2).
- Guide in and install the chain tensioner (1).
- Tighten chain tensioner (2) with commercially available tools (1).
