Removing the chain tensioner of cylinders 1-4

The work must be performed with vehicle care to prevent component damage.

- Loosen and remove the screws on the chain tensioner.
- Retain the piston on the chain tensioner with the special tool 0 491 012 (11 4 120) .
- Press back the chain tensioner (2) using the tensioning rail.
