Installing the flywheel
NOTE:
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Clean all threaded belt connections with micro-encapsulated outer and internal threads.
Shavings or other debris must not remain in the components.
If a microencapsulated screw is reused, it must be coated with the following screw locking agent: Loctite 243, medium strength.
The screw connection must be completed within 10 minutes as hardening begins after this period.

- Make sure the centering hole (1) is on the centering pin (2) of the crankshaft.
- Position flywheel.
- Block the flywheel with special tools 0 494 129 (11 9 263) (1) and 0 493 938 (11 9 260) (2) and a transmission bolt M10x55 (3).
- Replace screws (1) to (9).
- Tighten the screws (1) to (9).

- Release and remove the transmission bolt (3).
- Remove special tools 0 494 129 (11 9 263) (1) and 0 493 938 (11 9 260) (2).
