Installing the blow-off valve of cylinder bank 1

• Check the seal (1) for damage. If necessary, replace the blow-off valve (2).

• Position the blow-off valve of the bank 1.
• Position all screws manually.
• Tighten down screw.
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Blow-off valve to exhaust turbocharger
  M6	tightening torque	9±1 Nm

• Tighten the screw with the special tool 0 496 646 (11 4 410).

• Tighten down screw.

• Connect connectors (1) and lock.
