Charge Air Cooler
- Removing and Installing. Refer to CHARGE AIR COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- If there are small impressions on the fins. Refer to RADIATOR AND CONDENSER ASSEMBLY .
Air Duct Hose
- Must be free of oil and grease before installing
From the Turbocharger
Bolt
- 7 Nm
- For Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31- with threaded connection:
- Thread cutting
- Position the bolt by hand and tighten it until it finds the old threads. Then tighten the bolt to the specification.
Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31-
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
O-Ring
- Not available separately; replace if leaking -item : Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31- or damaged
To Intake Manifold
Seal
- Replace if damaged
Air Duct Pipe
- There are different versions. Refer to the Electronic Parts Information (ETKA) for the allocation.
- Must be free of oil and grease before installing
Seal
- Replace if damaged
