Attaching the Seal, Audi A6/A7:
-- Thread the loop of the seal -1- (refer to the Electronic Parts Information (ETKA)) through the holes in the cap -5- and around the connection -2- for the coolant hose as shown.
-- Close the seal.
-- Attach the warning label -3- to seal the coolant expansion tank cap as shown. Refer to the Electronic Parts Information (ETKA).
- The seal must always be affixed even if the vehicle is not equipped earlier with a seal.
- The warning label must adhere to the cap and extend further out.
-- Check if the warning label -4- is on the coolant expansion tank, and apply it if necessary. Refer to the Electronic Parts Information (ETKA).

-- Thread the loop from the new seal -3- (refer to the Electronic Parts Information (ETKA)) through the holes in the cap -1- and around the electric connection -2- as shown.
-- Close the seal.
- The seal must always be affixed even if the vehicle is not equipped earlier with a seal.
-- Check if the warning label is on the cap is present and apply it if necessary. Refer to the Electronic Parts Information (ETKA).
