INNER FRONT COOLANT PIPE ON Electric Drive Power and Control Electronics -JX1-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing
-- Drain the coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING, HIGH-VOLTAGE COOLING CIRCUIT .
-- Remove the noise insulation. Refer to OVERVIEW - NOISE INSULATION .
-- Remove the left front underbody trim panels. Refer to OVERVIEW - UNDERBODY TRIM PANELS .
-- Loosen the heat shields for the center and left rear tunnel and free up the coolant pipes. Refer to COMPONENT LOCATION OVERVIEW - HEATSHIELD .
-- Remove the nuts -7 and 8-.
There is a risk of damaging the straps on the plastic coolant pipes if they are handled incorrectly.
- Counterhold at the coolant pipe when disconnecting and connecting the coolant hose.
-- Lift the clamp -9- and remove the coolant hose.
-- Loosen the hose clamps -6 and 10- and remove the coolant hoses.
-- Remove the coolant pipe -11-.
