COOLANT PIPE UNDER Hybrid Battery Unit -AX1-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing
-- Drain the coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING, HIGH-VOLTAGE COOLING CIRCUIT .
-- Remove the subframe. Refer to OVERVIEW - SUBFRAME .
-- Remove the nuts -3-.
CAUTION:
There is a risk of damaging the straps on the plastic coolant pipes if they are handled incorrectly.
- Counterhold at the coolant pipe when disconnecting and connecting the coolant hose.
-- Remove the coolant hoses -1 and 5- to do so loosen the hose clamps using Hose Clip Pliers: VAS6362 .
-- Remove the coolant pipe -2-.
