1. Bolt
   • 7 Nm
   • Thread cutting
   • Position the bolt by hand and tighten it until it finds the old threads. Then tighten the bolt to the specification.
2. Throttle Valve Control Module -GX3-
   • With
     • Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-
     • EPC Throttle Drive -G186-
     • EPC Throttle Drive Angle Sensor 1 -G187-
     • EPC Throttle Drive Angle Sensor 2 -G188-
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to Throttle Valve Control Module -GX3-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
   • Cleaning. Refer to Throttle Valve Control Module -GX3-, CLEANING .
3. Seal
   • Replace after removing
4. Intake Manifold Runner Position Sensor -G336-
5. O-Ring
   • Not available separately; replace if leaking -item  : Intake Manifold Runner Position Sensor -G336- or damaged
6. Intake Manifold
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to INTAKE MANIFOLD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
7. Seal
   • Replace after removing
8. Bolt
   • Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 2.
9. Ball Pin
   • 9 Nm
   • For the engine cover
10. O-Ring
    • Not available separately; replace if leaking -item  : Intake Air Temperature Sensor -G42- /Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor -G71- or damaged
11. Intake Air Temperature Sensor -G42- /Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor -G71-
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor -G71-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
12. Bolt
    • 1.5 Nm
    • Thread cutting
    • Position the bolt by hand and tighten it until it finds the old threads. Then tighten the bolt to the specification.
13. Ball Pin
    • 9 Nm
    • For the engine cover
14. Intake Manifold Runner Control Valve -N316-
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to Intake Manifold Runner Control Valve -N316-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
15. Vacuum Hose
16. Vacuum Hose
    • From the vacuum pump
17. Vacuum Hose
18. Bracket
    • For the connectors
19. Bolt
    • 5 Nm
    • Thread cutting
    • Position the bolt by hand and tighten it until it finds the old threads. Then tighten the bolt to the specification.

-- Tighten the bolts -1 to 10- to 8 Nm in the sequence shown.
