Air Filter Housing, Removing And Installing: Removing
-- Remove the lock carrier cover. Refer to OVERVIEW - BUMPER COVER .
Audi A4/A5:
-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and the air duct -2- from the lock carrier.
-- If installed, disconnect the connector -2- for the Mass Airflow Sensor - G70-.
Courtesy of AUDI OF AMERICA, LLC-- Remove the vacuum hose -3- without damaging it.
-- Loosen the hose clamp -4- and remove the air duct hose.
-- Pull the air filter housing -1- upward and remove it.
Audi Q5:
-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and air duct -1-.
-- Remove the vacuum hose -4- without damaging it.
-- Loosen the clamp -3- and remove the air duct hose.
-- Pull the air filter housing -1- upward and remove it.
Continuation for All Vehicles:
-- Seal the turbocharger with thoroughly cleaned plugs from the Engine Bung Set: VAS6122 .
