BELT PULLEY (WITHOUT A/C Clutch -N25-), REMOVING AND INSTALLING, A/C COMPRESSOR "Denso" MANUFACTURER VERSION "2": Removing
-- Perform the preparatory work. Refer to PRELIMINARY WORK FOR REPLACING BELT PULLEY .
-- Remove the ribbed belt. Refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Carefully remove the circlip -A- (with a rubber disc vulcanized on) using a small screwdriver or needle nose pliers.
-- Tighten the compressor shaft -B- with a commercially available hex socket wrench and turn the drive plate -C- with the belt pulley -D- in the direction of the arrow -E-.
-- Remove drive plate -C-.
-- Remove the circlip -A-.
-- Remove the belt pulley -B-.
TIP
- If the belt pulley cannot be removed with the A/C compressor installed, remove the A/C compressor. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
