Condenser, Removing And Installing, All Except RS Models: Removing
- For all the following work, close the open lines and connections with clean plugs from the Engine Bung Set :VAS6122 .
-- Switch off the ignition.
-- Discharge the refrigerant circuit. Refer to Refrigerant Circuit or Working with A/C Service Station (1 Of 2) / Working with A/C Service Station (2 Of 2) .
-- Remove the lock carrier cover and front bumper end panel. Refer to Front Bumper .
-- On vehicles with an electric radiator shutter, remove it. Refer to RADIATOR SHUTTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Release the catches -arrow- and remove the air ducts -1 and 3-.
-- Disconnect the refrigerant lines from the condenser. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINES, DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING AT CONDENSER .
-- Disconnect the connector -2- for the High Pressure Sensor -G65-.
-- Release the left and right catches -arrows- and disengage the condenser -1- from the radiator and remove downward.
