Refrigerant Lines With Inner Heat EXCHANGER, Removing And Installing: Removing
- For all the following work, close the open lines and connections with clean plugs from the Engine Bung Set :VAS6122 .
-- Switch off the ignition.
-- Discharge the refrigerant circuit. Refer to Refrigerant Circuit or Working with A/C Service Station (1 Of 2) / Working with A/C Service Station (2 Of 2) .
-- Remove the left front wheel housing liner. Refer to FRONT WHEEL HOUSING LINER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Remove the plenum chamber cover. Refer to PLENUM CHAMBER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Remove the bolts -A-.
-- Loosen the refrigerant lines -B- and -C- (in the area under the left headlamp) from the bracket -D- and remove from the refrigerant line with the inner heat exchanger -E-.
-- Remove the nut -A-.
-- Loosen both refrigerant lines to the expansion valve -D and E- from the bracket -B- and remove from the inner heat exchanger -C-.
-- Loosen the inner heat exchanger -C- from the bracket -F-.
-- Loosen the catches -H- and push the grommet -G- in the direction under the fender.
-- Remove the bolts -B-.
-- Loosen the inner heat exchanger -A- from the bracket -C- and remove.
