Bolt
- 20 Nm +45°
- Replace after removing
Fuel Rail
- Removing and Installing. Refer to FUEL RAIL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Fuel Pressure Sensor -G247-
- 27 Nm
- Coat the ball and thread with clean engine oil
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Fuel Pressure Sensor -G247-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
High Pressure Pipe
- Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - HIGH PRESSURE PUMP .
Connection
- Integrated in the fuel rail -item : Fuel Rail, cannot be replaced separately
Support Ring
- Replace after removing
O-Ring
- Replace after removing
Spacer Ring
- Replace after removing
Fuel Injector
- There are different versions. Refer to the Electronic Parts Information (ETKA) for the allocation.
- Make sure it is in the installation position
- Removing and Installing. Refer to FUEL INJECTORS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Cleaning. Refer to FUEL INJECTORS, CLEANING .
Combustion Chamber Seal
- Replace after removing the fuel injector. Refer to FUEL INJECTORS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
