Engine/Motor Control Module -J623-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

• If the engine/motor control module is replaced, select Guided Functions Engine/Motor Control Module, Replacing  using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.

-- Switch the ignition off and remove the ignition key.

Audi A4/A5:

-- Open the retainers in direction of -arrows- and remove the Engine/Motor Control Module -J623- -2-.

-- Disconnect the connectors -1- (example illustration).

-- Disconnect the connectors -1-.
