All-Wheel Drive Clutch Actuator 2 -V623-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 0B0 "quattro ultra", 09R "quattro ultra"

-- Disconnect the connector from the All-Wheel Drive Clutch Actuator 2 -- -2-.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and then remove the Clutch Actuator -- -1-.

-- At the same time, guide the plunger of the Clutch Actuator -- -arrow B- out of the locking latch groove -arrow A-.

Installing 

-- Check the correct seating of the seal -3-.

-- Pull the locking latch -1- out slightly and keep it in this position.

-- Now guide the plunger of the Clutch Actuator -- -arrow B- into the locking latch groove -arrow A-.

-- Insert the Clutch Actuator -- -1- and tighten the bolts -arrows-. Tightening specification -item  : Bolt.

-- Attach the connector -2-.

-- Check the fluid level. Refer to GEAR OIL LEVEL, CHECKING, 0B0 "quattro ultra" .
