All-Wheel Drive Clutch Output Shaft Seal, Replacing: Removing

• All wheel drive clutch is installed.
• The ignition is off.
• Pay attention to the general repair information. Refer to REPAIR INFORMATION .

-- Remove the driveshaft. Refer to DRIVESHAFT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING  .

-- Draining the ATF for the all-wheel drive clutch. Refer to ALL-WHEEL DRIVE CLUTCH OIL, DRAINING AND FILLING .

-- Pry off the dust ring -1-.

• The dust ring cannot be removed without destroying it.

-- Pry out the seal -1- for the all-wheel drive clutch output shaft using the Puller - Crankshaft/Power Steering Seal: T20143/2  .
