INNER REAR COOLANT PIPE ON Electric Drive Power and Control Electronics -JX1-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing
-- Drain the coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING, HIGH-VOLTAGE COOLING CIRCUIT .
-- Remove the left front underbody trim panels. Refer to OVERVIEW - UNDERBODY TRIM PANELS .
-- Remove the front and rear tunnel brace. Refer to TUNNEL BRACE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Loosen the heat shield for the left rear tunnel and free up the coolant pipe. Refer to COMPONENT LOCATION OVERVIEW - HEATSHIELD .
-- Remove the nuts -4 and 5-
CAUTION:
There is a risk of damaging the straps on the plastic coolant pipes if they are handled incorrectly.
- Counterhold at the coolant pipe when disconnecting and connecting the coolant hose.
-- Loosen the hose clamps -1 and 3- and remove the coolant hoses.
-- Remove the coolant pipe -2-.
