Drive Motor Rotor Position Sensor 1 -G713-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING:: Removing

-- Remove the transmission. Refer to TRANSMISSION, REMOVING .

-- Push the catches together direction of -arrow A- and remove the cap -1-.

-- Remove the bolt -3- and loosen the locking tab -arrow B-.

-- Remove the panel -2- in the direction of -arrow C-.

-- Push together the catches -arrows- and lightly pry out the connector housing -1- in the direction of -arrow- from the clutch housing.

-- Release the flat terminal -3- using the Release Tool Set - Extraction Tool 7A: VAS1978/7A from the connector housing -2-.

-- Loosen the wire Drive Motor Temperature Sensor -G712- from the bracket -4- -arrows-.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and remove the bracket with the Drive Motor Rotor Position Sensor 1 -G713-.

CAUTION:

Risk of destroying the drive motor due to foreign objects.

- Cover the installation opening of the drive motor with a clean cloth.
