Clutch Housing
Pinion
- Removing and Installing. Refer to PINION, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Disassembling and Assembling. Refer to DRIVE PINION, DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING .
- Adjusting. Refer to PINION, ADJUSTING .
Alignment Sleeve
- Quantity: 2
Parking Lock Gear
- Installation position: the high collar points to the output gear of the spur gear unit
- Removing. Refer to Figure.
- Installing. Refer to Figure.
Spur Gear Unit Output Gear
- Installation position: the reinforcement ridges point to the transmission cover
- Removing. Refer to Figure.
- Installing. Refer to Figure.
Circlip
- Replace after removing
- Selecting thickness. Refer to Figure.
Oil Guide Shell
- Vehicles without self-locking center differential: replace after removal of the roller bearing for the output shaft.
Inner Output Shaft
- Only on vehicles with self-locking center differential
- With drive wheel for spur gear unit, ball bearing and bearing shell
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Inner Output Shaft Roller Bearing, Removing, Vehicles with Self-Locking Center Differential .
- Disassembling and Assembling. Refer to INNER OUTPUT SHAFT, DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING, ONLY VEHICLES WITH SELF-LOCKING CENTER DIFFERENTIAL .
Bolt
- Quantity: 3
- Replace after removing
- 5 Nm + 120°
Output Shaft Roller Bearing
- Bearing "H"
- Replacing. Refer to Output Shaft Roller Bearing, Replacing, Vehicles without Self-Locking Center Differential .
Bearing Shell
Bolts
- Quantity: 2
- 5 Nm + 30°
Circlip
Input shaft needle bearing
- Bearing "B"
- Installation position: labeling of the bearing (thicker wall thickness) points to the circlip
- Replacing. Refer to Drive Axle Bearing, Replacing .
Guide Sleeve
- Installation position: the open side points to the dual clutch
Seal
- For the input shaft
- Replace after removing
- Removing and Installing. Refer to INPUT SHAFT SEAL, REPLACING, CLUTCH HOUSING .
