1. 2nd Gear Assembly
2. Inner Race
   • For 2nd gear assembly
   • Do not interchange with the inner race for 1st gear assembly / 3rd gear
3. Intermediate Ring
   • For 2nd gear assembly
   • Do not interchange with the intermediate ring for 1st gear assembly / 3rd gear
4. Synchronizer Ring
   • For 2nd gear assembly
   • Do not interchange with the synchronizer ring for 1st gear assembly / 3rd gear
   • Replace if there are grooves or scoring
5. Thrust Piece
   • Quantity: 3
6. Synchronizer Hub
   • For the 2nd gear assembly / reverse gear assembly
   • Vehicles with self-locking center differential: pressing off. Refer to Figure.
   • Vehicles without self-locking center differential: pressing on. Refer to Figure.
   • Installing. Refer to Figure.
7. Locking Collar
   • For the 2nd gear assembly / reverse gear assembly
   • Installation position: the bevel of the locking collar -arrow- points to the 2nd gear assembly

   • For reverse gear assembly

    • For 1st Gear Assembly
    • Do not interchange with the synchronizer ring for 2nd gear assembly / 3rd gear
15. Synchronizer Hub
    • For 1st Gear Assembly / 3rd Gear Assembly
    • Vehicles with self-locking center differential: pressing off. Refer to Figure.
    • Vehicles without self-locking center differential: pressing on. Refer to Figure.
    • Installing. Refer to Figure.

The splines -arrow a- of the synchronizer ring and the inner races must align.

The splines -arrow B- of the intermediate ring and the gear assembly must be flush.
